Mr. Sandeep Nagpal born on 7th Oct. 1965 is the Technical Director of Natraj Industries and also leading the R & D and Production team of the Company. He did his schooling from APJ Faridabad and completed his B-Tech (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from IT-BHU, Varanasi in 1986. Further, he is certified as a Chartered Engineer from Institution of Engineers. Since 1987, he is in business of machine manufacturing for Corrugated Boxes. He was appointed director in 1990. He is actively engaged in continuous design improvements, in all the machines, from time to time. He is the Company’s backbone in the technical front and plays significant role in the execution of high end projects. His experience, expertise and hard work and technical accountability for complex systems has helped the Company to grow extensively over the period of time. He is playing vital role, in developing solutions, to engineering problems, using new or existing technologies, through innovation & creativity.
In 2005 he designed a fully automatic board plant in India. Further, to this, with great perception of his work, the company is making machines with design speed of 100m, 150m, 180m & 200m all designed and developed by him. From idea generation, idea screening, concept development and testing to final product development, all comes in his scope of work. “It's really admirable on how he always sees projects through from conception to completion.”
Under his supervision, the company undertakes R&D activities to obtain new knowledge that it uses to innovate and introduce new products and services ,create new technology, products, or systems.He is continuously striving to improve and evolve corrugation machines to compete in the global market and to cope with the fallout of change. With his Quality monitoring skills, improvements and corrections are made where necessary. Being a leader , he is Directive, Supportive, Participative, and Achievement oriented. His leadership abilities have been instrumental in leading the core team of the Company.
